You can use the AKVIS Pastel effects in a standalone application, or you can opt for the plug-in version that is able to integrate with Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, or Corel Paint Shop Pro (check the online compatibility chart to verify if it will work with your image editor).

Well structured image processor featuring a broad collection of customization options

The AKVIS Pastel main window is separated into three main areas: the before and after previewing tabs, and the Navigator panel that includes most of the available personalization functions.

Moreover, the top and left side toolbars provide access to essential image management tools: crop, adjust stroke direction, erase, zoom, save or print the project, share, undo/redo and more.

Effortlessly adjust the pastel effects, add text messages, and change the canvas type

The AKVIS Pastel Navigator panel is organized into three tabs: the first deals with the painting effects, the seconds allows you to add a text stamp, while the latter offers you the possibility to change the canvas model by switching to one of the predefined patterns.

By exploring these panels, you will be able to adjust the stroke thickness, intensity, or density, the lightening or smoothing effects, the canvas texture (brightness, embossing, or distortion). Last but not least, you can choose the text message position, its font style and color, and so on.
